Invy helps you identify products from photos and find prices for them by searching public shopping results and marketplaces. It also shows AI-generated information such as features, typical price ranges, buying tips, and alternatives.
Prices, savings, deal ratings, and product information are gathered automatically from third parties and generated by artificial intelligence for informational purposes only. Prices change frequently and may be inaccurate, out of date, or unavailable. Invy is not a seller or marketplace, does not process any sale, and makes no guarantee about price, availability, authenticity, or savings. Always confirm the final price and details on the retailer's own website before buying.
You agree to use Invy lawfully and to only upload images you have the right to use. You agree not to misuse, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the app or its services.
Invy offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions that unlock unlimited scans, the Deal Assistant, and other premium features. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID settings. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Prices are shown in the app before purchase.
Free features may include daily limits that can change over time. We may modify, limit, or discontinue free features at our discretion.
The app, its design, and content (excluding your own photos and notes) are owned by us and protected by law. You retain rights to the photos you upload.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Invy is provided "as is" without warranties, and we are not liable for any losses arising from reliance on prices, savings, or product information.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
